Shipping

Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, and the exact shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Please review the delivery address carefully before submitting your order.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–4 business days. Carrier delivery times vary by destination and begin after your order has shipped. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

If you need an order by a specific date, email info@decoupagestudio.com before ordering so we can let you know whether the timing is realistic. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by delays outside our control.

Returns

To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned sheets must be unused, uncut, and in their original condition. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@decoupagestudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
